Arts-based therapy & creative coaching to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

You’re not alone.

Virgil Therapy offers a compassionate, creative space for becoming—online and in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire. Through experiential and creative arts therapy, I support you to listen and reconnect: to your body, your values, the world around you, and your deepest inner knowing. So that you can move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

  • Creative Arts Psychotherapy

Art as self-discovery. You’re invited to explore your inner world through image-making, dialogue, and metaphor. We work together to support emotional insight, resilience, and self-expression—no artistic ‘skill’ required.

  • Integrative Counselling

By approaching psychotherapy from an experiential, creative, and depth-inclusive framework, I support you to process your feelings and support your nervous system in a gentle, relational way.

  • Mindfulness & Somatics

Learn to slow down and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Through grounding practices, meditation, and embodied awareness, we learn to tolerate the full spectrum of our emotional states.

  • Coaching For Creatives

A supportive, actioned-oriented space for creative professionals to overcome perfectionism, reconnect to flow state, and own their authentic voice in public, via an intimate, resource-filled coaching container.

What is creative arts therapy?

Experiential and creative arts therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses the present moment and the creative process—painting, collage, movement, writing, sound, gestures, and more—as a way to explore emotions and experiences that words alone can’t express. It’s not about making art that looks good; it’s about gently exploring new ways of seeing, feeling, knowing, and being. At Virgil Therapy, the arts offer us a way to practice being; a somatic bridge between our historic patterns and potential new possibilities.
